Bedrooms are fresh and minimal in design, contain everything needed for a comfortable stay and sleep up to 2 adults and 2 children. It may be possible to upgrade to a room with a pool view or a sea view. Bathrooms have either walk in shower, or bath with overhead shower. Each room features;

Swimming Pools

At Sol Barbados life takes place outdoors in the Mediterranean sunshine. There are 5 outdoor swimming areas at this hotel, 3 of which are designed with children and families in mind.

In the main hotel gardens there are a large lagoon-style pool surrounded by loungers and parasols, a shallow children's pool and also a sports pool, where activities such as aqua-gym take place regularly.

Children will delight in the separate Waterland Pool area where there are two different splash pool areas complete with slides, bridges fountains and other water games, one for toddlers and younger children and the other for older children and teens. These pools also have loungers and parasols alongside.

Dining & Bars

A range of board basis is available here at Sol Barbados, and all meals are served buffet style in the large Barbados buffet restaurant. Cuisine is varied, a range of Spanish and international dishes are on offer, and there are weekly theme nights and show-cooking.

Three bars offer a choice of places to grab a refreshing drink. The pool bar is open daily through the summer serving drinks, juices and ice-cream, the lobby bar serves up drinks and cocktails until late, and the Sports Bar is the place to be to watch your favourite team.
