Superior 'UP!' rooms are located on higher floors and include additional services and amenities plus access to the exclusive roof terrace and infinity pool (please note the terrace is available for Adults Only).

Swimming Pools

The Hotel Vulcano offers two large swimming pools, surrounded by tropical vegetation and palm trees and a large sun terrace equipped with loungers and parasols. They are heated to 20 degrees in winter. There is also a smaller shallow pool for children.

Guests staying in an 'UP!' room are eligible to use the roof-top plunge pool and adjacent bar.

Dining & Bars

A range of board basis is on offer at Hotel Vulcano and meals are served buffet style in the large Botanical Lounge restaurant. There are several places within the hotel to enjoy a drink, including Bar Cascada and La Palapa Pool Bar, where daytime snacks are also available. There is also a Chillout Terrace serving cocktails with sunset views.

Guests who have booked an 'UP!' room can also access exclusive areas for drinking and dining on the UP! Terrace.

Spa

For the ultimate relaxation experience, guests can head down to the Thalasso Spa Vulcona, which offers an attractive range of treatments, a large spa pool with massage chairs as well as a hydromassage showers and a sauna.

Entertainment & Activities

A full programme of entertainment will keep all ages occupied, and includes a range of guided sport and fitness classes during the day, and regular live music and entertainment by night.
