The beautiful Dalmatian Coast is located along the sun-kissed shores of southern Croatia, bathed by the turquoise Adriatic Sea.

Relax at Makarska’s beautiful beaches.

The Makarska Riviera is well-known for its beautiful shoreline and crystal-clear waters. Spend a day sunbathing by the beach, swimming in the pristine seas, or engaging in  water sports such as snorkelling or paddle boarding. Punta Rata, located within the village of Brela, is the perfect example of Croatian beach, however the area is packed with stunning beaches.

Sightseeing in Split.

The bustling port town of Split is Croatia’s second-largest city and offers a perfect blend of history, culture, and, of course, yummy food. The old town looks like a fairy-tale with its cobblestone streets, typical Venetian houses, and historical landmarks like the Diocletian’s Palace. The city has also a vibrant cultural scene, with art galleries, museums, ballet and opera performances, and the popular Split Summer festival. So, maybe you want to plan your visit around it.

Enjoy breath-taking views of the Adriatic Sea and the surroundings from the Biokovo Skywalk, lush forests, and unique flora and fauna.

Island-hopping adventures.

Explore the islands off the coast and experience the diversity of the country. Some of the most popular islands to visit include Brač, Hvar, Korčula and Vis. Brač is famous for the iconic Zlatni Rat beach and spectacular hiking trails, Hvar for its vibrant nightlife and picturesque beaches, and Korčula for its well-preserved medieval town and vineyards.

To island-hop in Croatia, you can take a ferry or catamarans, book an organised tour, or even hire a private boat. But remember to check the schedules in advance!

Sample traditional dishes like grilled fish, octopus salad, čevapi (grilled sausages), sarma (cabbage rolls filled with meat), pečenica (smoked pork), or soparnik (savoury snack). Don’t forget to accompany your meal with a glass of local wines, such as Plavac Mali or Posip.
