Situated in the north of Majorca and sandwiched between the sea and the Tramuntana mountains, Port de Soller is a harbour village that has retained much of its charm.
Port de Soller is ideal for relaxing holidays and it perfect for those looking to unwind whilst enjoying local food and the sights of the north coast. The town features a small sandy beach next to a popular promenade full of bars, cafes and restaurants. You will spot many luxury yachts and pleasure boats anchored in the bay and with the numerous cafes, bars and restaurants this makes for a great afternoon of people watching.
You cannot visit Port de Sóller without noticing the quaint tramline, meandering along the promenade before it heads inland to the quaint traditional town of Sóller. From here you can board the Ferrocarril de Sóller or traditional wooden 'Orange Train' that winds through mountains and glorious countryside to the heart of the city of Palma
