Amendment Policy
Everything you need to know about changing your booking or adding extras (and any fees that apply!)
We completely understand that sometimes things don’t go to plan, or that people simply change their minds. Whether it’s unexpected circumstances, a new travel companion, or just a change of heart, we’re here to help make adjustments as smooth as possible.
For full holiday or flight cancellations, please refer to our Booking Conditions for details of the costs incurred, which vary depending on how close it is to your departure date.
The table below is a helpful guide to some of our most common amendments and the fees that may apply, giving you a clear idea of what to expect.
Any amendments to a booking must be sent to us in writing at enquiries@flydirect.co.uk so that we can update your booking accurately.

*Except where a non-refundable hotel has been booked.
We regret that (with the exception of name changes) we are unable to amend dates, route or details within 14 days of travel and cancellation fees will apply. Name changes can be made up to 48 hours prior to travel. After this point we cannot guarantee that they will be possible.
Additional Terms
We reserve the right to limit changes of date to a maximum of two per booking. Please note that amendments to hotel accommodation may not always be possible.
